By means of this document, I DECLARE:

I.- That I am interested in participating in the events of WNBF SPAIN, a sports brand of the FUNDACIÓN CULTURISMO NATURAL ROBERTO AMOROSI. I understand and accept the obligation to comply with all the regulations of WNBF SPAIN and the foundation’s statutes, including the organization’s drug-free conduct policies. I understand that to compete in an INBF / WNBF event, I will undergo an indeterminate number of drug tests to validate the absence of any steroids, hormones, prohormones, diuretics, or any other performance-enhancing substances that are illegal according to WADA / WNBF and may have been consumed in the last 10 years. These tests will be performed through the use of a state-of-the-art Polygraph, and urine and/or blood tests, to which I may be subjected at any time during the year.

II.- I accept the decision of WNBF SPAIN regarding my participation in any national or international INBF / WNBF championships, pending the results of these tests, as well as my adherence to the WNBF SPAIN regulations. If I fail the anti-doping tests or do not comply with all the rules and statutes of WNBF, I accept my expulsion from competitions and the loss of my eligibility to compete in WNBF / INBF, which may last up to 10 years or for life.

III.- I understand that I am not entitled to request any reimbursement of donation fees, membership fees, registration fees, or polygraph fees beyond the deadlines established for such purposes, nor for any expenses incurred from my participation or travel to WNBF SPAIN events.

IV.- I acknowledge that the right to participate in any of the INBF / WNBF events is at the exclusive discretion of WNBF SPAIN, and that all decisions regarding compliance are made at its sole discretion, which may be revoked, terminated, or suspended without prior notice.

V.- I expressly WAIVE any right to compensation for damages toward WNBF SPAIN and the FUNDACIÓN CULTURISMO NATURAL ROBERTO AMOROSI, its trustees, collaborators, sponsors, organizers, representatives, and employees for physical or moral damage related to the polygraph test and urine tests, OBLIGATING myself to undergo these tests in accordance with the corresponding anti-doping agreement.

Specifically:

• I expressly CONSENT to undergo a urine or blood test to determine whether I use or have used any prohibited substances, which may be conducted without prior notice during my membership with WNBF SPAIN.
• I ACCEPT that the organizer has the exclusive right to choose the operator and laboratory for the preparation and analysis of urine and blood tests.
• I ACCEPT that the test result will be binding and non-appealable.
• Regarding the polygraph test, I EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE the organization to select the operator and relieve the organization, sponsors, and event collaborators from the results of the test, their opinions, and the athlete’s responses to the test.
• I ACCEPT that I will not be allowed to participate in the competition if the results of these tests indicate that I have used or am using prohibited substances in the past 10 years.

VI.- I expressly WAIVE any right to compensation for damages toward WNBF SPAIN and the FUNDACIÓN CULTURISMO NATURAL ROBERTO AMOROSI, its trustees, sponsors, organizers, collaborators, and employees for moral damages or similar, due to the publication or dissemination of the results of these tests or any sanctions that may have been applied, EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZING all of them to publish or disseminate the results if they consider it necessary to protect my image.

VII.- I expressly WAIVE any right to compensation for physical or moral damages toward WNBF SPAIN and the FUNDACIÓN CULTURISMO NATURAL ROBERTO AMOROSI, its trustees, sponsors, organizers, collaborators, and employees arising from my travel to and from the location of their events once I have been authorized to participate.

VIII.- I declare that I understand and accept that the competition is only accessible to competitors who have not used anabolic steroids, growth hormones, or other prohibited drugs or substances listed by the Higher Sports Council, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), and the applicable regulations of WNBF during the last 10 years (the minimum period without drugs). I confirm that I am familiar with the current Prohibited Substances List, in English, French, and Spanish, published by WADA, and shared by CELAD - AEPSAD, and I undertake to stay informed of any modifications introduced by WADA or the competent analogous body.

IX.- I EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE WNBF SPAIN and the FUNDACIÓN CULTURISMO NATURAL ROBERTO AMOROSI or any audiovisual or editorial agent, authorized by WNBF SPAIN, to photograph and film me and reproduce by audiovisual, photographic, or other means, my voice, body, name, age, weight, measurements, and any other relevant data, always in connection with the sport I practice. I consent to the display, dissemination, distribution, and transmission of the audiovisual material by any private or public means, known or developed in the future, for any purpose, including promotional, advertising, or other purposes in the interest of the organization or the sport.

X.- I recognize my membership in WNBF SPAIN and the FUNDACIÓN CULTURISMO NATURAL ROBERTO AMOROSI, as well as the truthfulness of the data provided.

XI.- I acknowledge the jurisdiction of WNBF and the FUNDACIÓN CULTURISMO NATURAL ROBERTO AMOROSI to apply their disciplinary code or sports sanctions as outlined in their internal regulations.
